Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of Los Meros (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform you agree to them.

1. Eligibility & access

Los Meros is an invite-only marketplace for vetted logistics companies. Access may be granted, suspended, or revoked at our discretion, and you must provide accurate company and contact information.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Marketplace role

Los Meros provides a platform to connect brokers and carriers. We are not a party to the freight contracts formed between members and do not act as a carrier, broker, or forwarder. Members are responsible for their own bookings, rates, compliance, and performance.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post false or misleading loads, scrape the Platform, attempt to circumvent fees, or use the Platform unlawfully.

5. Fees

Posting access is offered on a subscription basis as described at onboarding. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Los Meros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or any freight transaction.

7. Changes
